Gayle holds a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Southern College of Naturopathic Medicine and a Doctorate in Bio-Energetics from the Academy of Bio-Energetics, where she was also an instructor. Also to her credit, she is a national Board Certified Biofeedback and Stress Management Specialist and practices Korean Hand Energetics and Laser Therapy.
Using the computer-based systems, Gayle makes an assessment of the body’s energy pathways called meridians. Once the assessment determines which meridian systems are out of balance, the search begins for the substances or issues causing the imbalance. The body is then brought into balance through the use of science, nature, homeopathic remedies and /or nutrition depending upon the body’s requirements.
Gayle is also a Board Certified Bio-Feedback Practitioner and trained in Korean Hand Energetics (a needle-free acupuncture); SAF - Self Awareness Formulas and Emotional CPR.
Korean Hand Energetics (KHE) is a popular subset of Korean Acupuncture where the hands are considered a micro system of the entire body. The KHE reflex map of the hand was discovered in 1971 by Dr. Tae-Woo Yoo, O.M.D., Ph.D. in Korea and has been clinically and experimentally tested for accuracy.
Every part of the body can be treated through specific points on the hands. By locating and stimulating these specific correspondence points, KHE resolves blocked energy that relates to pain in the body. By using classical acupuncture theory, all organ and meridian relationships can also be treated through KHE. This allows application of the healing power of acupuncture principles to the basic KHE hand reflexology system.
